CMF1 Tutor Training
Our strategy includes the enabling of children’s ministry workers to duplicate themselves through an experiential process. CMF1 is a prerequisite
The process is relational, contextual, need based and highly experiential. Children’s workers are equipped to be facilitators that will be able to develop other children workers. Facilitators train in small groups of three to four people, and each group have a mentor. Once they are comfortable in this role, they can grow into the role of a mentor to other new facilitators of children’s ministry courses. Through this process we allow leaders in children ministry to grow others into new roles as either children’s workers or facilitators of training for children workers.
